甘蓝型油菜不同芥酸含量基因型间含油量和主要农艺性状的差异

摘    要:在对两个组合的分离世代群体按芥酸含量高低进行分类的基础上,比较了回交和F_2群体中不同芥酸基因数目的各组间含油量和其他农艺性状的差异。回交世代不同芥酸含量的各组在产量和大多数其他性状上没有明显差异。F_2低芥酸(<2%)基因型的产量比芥酸含量在10%以上的其他各组低3.7—47.9%,含油量低0.8—10%,产量构成因素和一些形态学性状也表现较差。对这些结果在油菜单、双低育种中的意义进行了讨论,首次提出了在品质育种中应重视亚群体选择的观点。

Abstract:The investigation has been conducted based on several segregating populations deriyed from two crosses of Brassica napus.No significant differences in studied traits was obssrved among the groups with various genes,controlling erucic acid content(EAC)in the backcross generation.However,the seed yield per plant and seed oil content of reciprocal F2 with below 2 % EAC decreased by 3.7-47,9% and by 0.8-10% respectively,compared with the ones with over 10% EAC.Inferio performance of seed yield components and other morphological characters was also found in these populations.Ths facts may implicate that the strict selection for low EAC in early generations could results in the loss of individuals with better comprehensive traits as well as the lower selective efficiency in obtaining the genotypes with high seed yield potential and expected qualities.A concept of subpo-pulation selection and its importance in quality breeding has been discussed in the paper.
