摘    要:目的]测定连云港海域海英菜中重金属镉的含量。方法]采用火焰原子吸收法测定连云港海域海英菜藻中重金属镉的含量,用湿法消解法溶解试样,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定海英菜中镉含量。结果]试验得出,供试连云港海域海英菜含镉为(2.66±0.11)mg/kg,加标回收率在95%~105%,镉污染因子质量分指数Pi≥1.0。结论]采用火焰原子吸收测定海英菜中重金属镉的分析方法准确可靠,精密度好。连云港海域中海英菜藻中镉含量远超出国标中水产类中标准,重金属镉污染的可能性较大。

Determination of Cadmium Content in Suaeda salsa in Lianyungang by FAAS

Abstract: Objective ] To determine cadmium content in Suaeda salsa in Lianyungang. Method ] FAAS method was used for determining Cd content. The samples were dissolved by wet digestion method. Cd content in Suaeda salsa was determined by air-acetylene FAAS. Result] The results show that the content of Cd in Suaeda salsa is (2.66±0.11 ) mg/kg. The rate of recovery is in the range of 95% - 105%. Cd single item pollution index P≥1.0 Conclusion] It can be concluded that the method is simple and accurate to determine the Cd content. Cd content of Suaeda salsa in Lianyungang seawater exceeds standard, therefore the pollution of heavy metal Cd is likely to exceed.
