摘    要:目的 探索快速可靠检测血液标本中光滑念珠菌的新方法.方法 采用真菌26S rDNA D1/D2区序列作为引物,单独和同时扩增光滑念珠菌及白色念珠菌与光滑念珠菌混合物,对血液标本进行荧光定量检测.结果 本方法不仅能够稳定的扩增出光滑念珠菌26S rDNA序列,并且能准确区分出混合物中的白色念珠菌与光滑念珠菌.结论 应用26SrDNA D1/D2区序列的荧光定量PCR是快速、敏感和特异的检测光滑念珠菌方法.

Abstract:Objective To investigate a rapid and reliable method for detection of blood Candida glabrata. Methods Real- time quantitative PCR was applied to detect C. glabrata and mixture of C. glabrata and C. albicans from blood using fungal primers D 1/D2 region of 26S rDNA. Results D 1/D2 region of 26S rDNA was stably amplified in C. glabrata, and the products of C. glabrata and C. albicans were dist/nguishable. Conclusion Real-time quantitative PCR using D 1/D2 region of 26S rDNA is a rapid, sensitive and specific method for detection of C. glabrata.
