摘    要:遥感(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术有利于准确、及时地监测土地利用的变化.该文以济南市遥感影像、地形图、土地利用图为基础资料,利用ERDAS软件对济南市1995、2000和2005年三期的TM影像进行校正、重采样、增强、分类等处理,得到济南市土地利用信息和土地利用的变化信息.分析结果表明:草地、水体、耕地、林地4种土地利用类型面积减少,但是下降的速度在减缓;城镇交通用地增加最快;未利用土地面积有所增加,但是耕地、草场退化趋势已经得到遏制;济南市的土地利用正在日趋合理化.

Abstract:Remote Sensing(RS) and Geographic Information System(GIS) technologies benefit the dynamic monitoring on land use changes timely and accurately.Based on the basic information of the Landsat/TM image of Jinan in 1995,2000,2005 and digitizing map,the RS software ERDAS IMAGINE was used to carry out the processing of geometric correction,image enhancement,resampling,classification,etc.The information of land use in Jinan was extracted.By analyzing these information,the results indicate that the areas of grassland,water,farmland and woodland reduces, but their declining rates are slowing down;the fastest increase area occurrs in the transportation and urban land;the area of unused land increases,but the degradation of farmland and grassland has been controlled in certain degree.The land use of Jinan City is tending to the rational way.
