公安院校招录培养模式改革探析

摘    要:目前,我国公安院校的招录培养模式为:通过全国高考招录学员;直接培训、录用用人单位学员两种。这两种模式在运行过程中均有利弊。建议将注册入学、全国公安院校联合招考等模式引入公安院校招录培养体制中,以利于改善生源、丰富公安队伍的人才结构,为国家和社会输送更为优秀的刑事执法和行政执法工作者,进一步提升政府和公安机关的工作作风和办事效率。

Abstract:At present, recruiting and training models in public security colleges include such two kinds as recruiting students by the university entrance examination and direct recruiting and training the employees of security units. Both of the two models have their pros and cons during operation. Introducing registration enrollment and joint recruitment of the nationwide public security institutions into the colleges' recruiting and training systems will be beneficial to improve the source of students, enrich the personnel structure of the police contingent, provide the country and society with outstanding criminal and administrative law-executors, and promote the work style and administrative efficiency of government and public security agency finally.
