摘    要:目的]筛选适合吐鲁番地区防治葡萄叶蝉(Erythroneura apicalis Nawa)的植物源杀虫剂。方法]研究了苦参碱、藜芦碱、除虫菊素3种植物源杀虫剂对葡萄叶蝉的防治效果。结果]除虫菊素在葡萄叶蝉的防治上最有效,除虫菊素的防效药后1 d即可达97.79%,药后3 d达100%,药后11 d防效未改变;苦参碱和藜芦碱对葡萄叶蝉的防治均有明显效果,药后9 d防效均超过50%。结论]苦参碱、藜芦碱、除虫菊素3种植物源杀虫剂均可作为防治葡萄叶蝉的有效药剂。

Control Effects of Three Botanical Insecticides against Erythroneura apicalis Nawa

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to screen suitable botanical insecticides for controlling E. apicalis in Turpan region. Method ] Control effects of three kinds of botanical insecticides like Matrine, Veratridine and Pyrethrum against E. apicalis were studied. Result ] Pyrethfins had the best control effect against E. apicalis, and the control efficiency was up to 97.79% in one day and was 100% in three days, furthermore the spraying drug effect had not changed in 11 days. Matrine and Veratridine had obvious control effects against E. apicalis, and their control effi-ciencies were more than 50% in nine days. Conclusion] Three kinds of medicament could be used as effective agents of prevention and control of E. apicalis.
