The Status Quo,Issues and Countermeasuresof Colostrums Development and Utilization in China

The paper introduced the development condition of colostrums industry in China, and specified the colostrums research and development achievement from 8 aspects. The author pointed out that the key problems in present colostrums development and utilization is consumer lag of knowledge for colostrums, there is no unified products quality criterion and test method, basic research work is weak and the price of the products is on the high side.
