| 摘 要： | 在工程投标报价编制过程中,管理费的确定是一个重要的环节。根据企业历史的数据对管理费及费率进行预测非常重要。本文提出了几种方便实用的管理费测算方法,并通过案例介绍了这些方法的具体应用。

| Abstract: | In the process of construction bidding,if you want to calculate the definite construction cost,the calculate of the administration expenses is an important step.The administration expenses is the cost of the construction company in order to manage and organize every process of product.And how to forecast the administration expenses and the expenses 's rate in the future according to the available information of the company is an important work.We will introduce several covenient and applied methods to definite the administration expenses and the expenses 's rate,and introduce how to use these methods by several case examples were in troduced. |
