人工湿地处理生活污水用于观赏鱼养殖的研究

摘    要:为在水产养殖中安全利用生活污水,试验通过研究污水池中生活污水引入人工湿地净化处理前后水质变化情况得知:出水氨氮含量从4.50 mg.L-1,降至0.48 mg.L-1,氨氮平均去除率约89.3%;pH从8.83,降至8.16;溶氧从6.42 mg.L-1降为3.33 mg.L-1,亚硝酸盐含量有所上升,但是进行养殖后反而下降;水色、气味等感官性状明显改善。进行观赏鱼养殖安全试验和繁殖试验也表明经人工湿地处理后的生活污水,适当调控后能安全地用于养殖观赏鱼,具有节水减排、美化环境的环保效果,可提高养殖经济效益。

Abstract:In this experiment,the domestic sewage was added to the artificial wetland,and the change of the water quality index was observed for the purpose of research on the treatment effects of the wetland.The fluctuations in the water quality were as follow: the concentration of ammonia nitrogen diminished from 4.5 mg·L-1 to 0.48 mg·L-1,removal rate was 89.3%;average pH change from 8.83 to 8.16;dissolved oxygen depressed from 6.42 mg·L-1 to 3.33 mg·L-1;nitrite content was increased but decreased after used for fish culture.Furthermore,the experiment on ornamental fishes culture and reproduction was conducted.The effects of experimental results indicated that after the treatment of artificial wetland,the sewage was defecated and some of the water quality indices achieved the standards of surface water,and the security testing and breeding experiments showed that it could help to water saving,beautify the landscape,sewage reducing.And the water can be used safely as scenic water for aquaculture.
