脐橙保鲜技术研究进展

摘    要:近年来,我国脐橙产业持续快速发展,脐橙保鲜技术的研究取得很大的进展。本文归纳了脐橙果实采后贮藏生理生化的特点,分析了国内外脐橙主要的保鲜技术-留树保鲜、热处理、天然保鲜剂、拮抗菌、基因工程等技术的研究进展,最后讨论了脐橙保鲜技术的研究方向。

Abstract:In recent years, navel orange industry has been developing rapidly in China, and preservation technology has made a great progress. Postharvest physiological characteristics were summarized and preservation technology at home and foreign countries including on-tree storage, heat treatment, plant extracts, biological antagonistic bacteria, genes engineering technology were analyzed and the research directions of preservation technology were discussed.
