| 摘 要： | 采用悬挂法收集银耳担孢子，稀释分离法纯化银耳担孢子和节孢子，节孢子经核荧光染色后进行核相观察，选取单核节孢子和誓师 孢子用于酱型A因子测定，菌株内及菌株间单孢分离物配对结果表明，在8个来源于不同地区的银耳菌株只有2个不同的A因子。

| Abstract: | Basidiospore and arthrospore of Tremella fuciformis Berk. budded to produce yeast-like cells. When compatible monokaryotic yeast-like cells were grown together, yeast-like cells produced germination tube and conjugated .Eight strains of T. fuciformis were used in this study. Intrastrain and interstrain cross between single spore isolates from the eight strains indicated that the mating type factor A had only two alleles , A and a. |
