摘    要:对患子宫内膜炎的试验占在发情时延适时输精,输精后12子宫灌注5g/L盐酸环丙沙星溶液,情期受胎率为61.2%(104/170)。试验对照组奶牛应用同样药物治疗,痊愈后下一个发情期,健康对照组奶牛不作处理,平均情期受胎率分别为47.2%和46.44%。

Abstract:The insemination to dairy cow with endometritis on oestrus and intrauterus perfusion after 12 h (abbreviated to cleaning uterus after insemination CUAI)was carried in the year of 1996~1998.The test group dairy cow with endometritis was dealt with 5 g/L ciproflxacinum by intrauterus after insemination, the average rate of conception after first insemination was 61.2%(104/170).The control group of test was dealt with the therapy and insemination on next oestrus after recovery .The control group of healthy did not any deal.The averages of conception rate in the two groups of control were 47.2%(76/161)and 46.4%(96/207)respctively .The everage of conception rate in test group had significant difference from control groups (P<0.05).The test suggested that CUAI made the therapy and insemination synchronization, heightened the conception rate of endometritis in dairy cow and shortened the interval between parturition to insemination or conception.
