骆驼伊氏锥虫病LAMP实验诊断初报

摘    要:目的为了探索伊氏锥虫病诊断的新方法。方法采用环状介导等温DNA扩增法(LAMP),分别对随即采样的14峰骆驼进行伊氏锥虫病诊断,并与血液涂片法对比。结果LAMP与血液涂片法检测得出的阳性率分别为35.71%和14.29%。结论LAMP可用来检测骆驼伊氏锥虫病,并且LAMP在等温条件下进行,不需要复杂的仪器,为临床检测锥虫病提供了一个快速简便的分子生物学方法。

Abstract:Objective In order to explore an effective method of diagnosis for trypanosomatosis. Methods Fourteen camels are diagnosed by the method of the Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) and traditional blood smear , then the two detection results were compared . Results The positive rates of Trypanosoma evansi were 35.71% and 14.29% detected by LAMP and blood smears respectively. Conclusion LAMP could be applied to diagnose the trypanosomatosis of camels, which performed under isothermal condition without special apparatus. The study provide a molecular biological method to detect trypanosomatosis in clinic rapidly and simply.
