| 摘 要： | 居住区内的商业建筑与在次居住的住户关系最为密切,合理规划有利于体现复合型商业对居住区提供更方便、快捷的服务体系;解决好住宅与底层商服之间的关系,将较好的减少二者之间的干扰;合理选择适合做商服的住宅户型,将有利于设置使用更方便的商服格局。

| Abstract: | The commercial building in residence district is related with the residents.The reasonable plan of mixed commerce building can provide a convenience service system for the residents.The good relationship between residence and bottom commercial service district can reduce the disturbance of them.Selecting the residence type that suitable for commercial building is benefit for arranging more advantageous commercial districts pattern. |
