摘    要:目的]探讨冷暴露对虎纹蛙非特异性免疫应答的影响。方法]将体重为(47.76±1.10)g的虎纹蛙分别在22℃和10℃条件下暴露10d,比较脾巨噬细胞呼吸爆发强度、血清补体活力、胃溶菌酶活力3项免疫指标在注射灭活大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)12h后的应答情况。结果]注射大肠杆菌前,10℃处理组血清补体活力显著低于22℃对照组(P〈0.05),而2组间脾巨噬细胞呼吸爆发强度及胃溶菌酶活力无显著性差异;注射大肠杆菌后,10℃处理组的3项免疫指标对大肠杆菌刺激的应答能力变化均不显著,而22℃对照组则变化显著(P〈0.05)。结论]冷暴露会导致虎纹蛙非特异性免疫应答降低。

Effects of Cold on the Non-specific Immune Response in Hoplobatrachus rugulosus

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the effect of cold on the non-specific immune response in Hoplobatrachus rugulosus. Methord] The response of non-specific immune indexes including respiratory burst of spleen cells,gastric lysozyme activity and serum complement activity to the stimulation of heat-killed Escherichia coli were determined after being exposed at 22 ℃ and 10 ℃ for 10 d. Result] The serum hemolysis activity of the frogs kept at 10 ℃ significantly decreased(P<0.05) while respiratory burst of spleen cells and gastric lysozyme activity didn't vary obviously,compared with those at 22 ℃. The three non-specific immune responses to bacteria stimulation changed significantly(P<0.05) after treated with E.coli at 22 ℃. Conclusion] The non-specific immune response decreased after exposure to cold in Hoplobatrachus rugulosus.
