| 摘 要： | 兴海县以畜牧业为主。境内气候恶劣，超载放牧，牲畜结构不合理等原因造成草地退化严重，草地生产能力降低，植被覆盖差，荒漠化严重，草地生态保护已经到了非整治不可的地步。
