摘    要:采用分流挤压法,利用组合试验模具,对直齿圆柱齿轮冷挤压精密成形工艺方案及金属流动充填规律进行了试验研究,探索正挤同时约束分流冷挤一次成形的最佳工艺方案并进行了上限理论分析。结果表明,约束分流在改善充填性等方面具有较多优点,为生产这用化提供了可行性依据。

Abstract:Adopting the method of the divided flow precise extrusion and applying a combined experimental die, the technical scheme of forming spur gear by means of precise cold extrusion was experimentally investigated and the regularity of metal filling in the mould was studied. The aim is to explore an optimal technical scheme of direct extrusion which is simultaneously limited by the divided flow extrusion and cold extrusion formed by one time. All the procedures mentioned before were analyzed by the upper limit theory. The experimental result shows that the restrained divided flow extrusion has a lot of merits in the field of improving metal ability to fill in mould, which provides a feasible basis for practice use.
