早实核桃光合特性的初步研究

摘    要:通过使用CI-301PS便携式光合仪对鲁光、香玲、京861、中林1号、中林3号、辽宁1号等六个早实核桃品种的光合特性进行了研究。试验结果表明,六种早实核桃的光合日变化为双峰曲线,有明显的光合午休现象,且不同品种间净光合速率有明显差异;叶温、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、光合有效辐射和蒸腾速率等是影响早实核桃光合日变化的主要因子。

Abstract:An open gas analysis system of model CI-301PS was used to study the photosynthetic characteristics of six precocious walnut varieties:Luguang,Xiangling,Beijing861,Zhonglin1,Zhongling3 and Liaoning1.The results showed that the diurnal variation of photosynthesis for six precocious walnut varieties all had midday depression of photosynthesis,and the diurnal variation of Pn rate of six precocious walnut varieties showed a double-peak curve.The net photosynthetic rate of different varieties differed obviously.Leaf temperature,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance,photosynthetically active radiation,transpiration rate were the main affecting factors in diurnal variation of photosynthesis of six precocious walnut varieties.
