广昌太空莲组培快繁研究初报

摘    要:以广昌“太空莲 3 6号”子藕上的顶芽或侧芽为外植体 ,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上诱导不定芽 ,然后将不定芽转入较高激素配比的继代培养基上进行快速繁殖。试验结果表明 :芽分化最佳培养基为MS +6-BA 1 .5~ 2 .0mg/L +NAA 0 .0 5mg/L+0 .2 %活性炭 ,快速增殖培养基以MS +6-BA 0 .5mg/L +NAA 0 .0 5mg/L +KT 0 .2mg/L的效果最好

Preliminary Studies on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Guangchang White Lotus
Abstract:The buds of Guangchang white lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gnertn)were used as explants and incubated on eight kinds of MS medium containing different hormone combinations for the differentiation of buds. The differential buds were transferred to several subcultural media for inducing adventitious buds as well as their rapid propagation.The research results showed that the best differentiation medium for the inducement of buds was MS+6-BA 1.5~2.0mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L+0.2% active carbon,the best subcultural medium was MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+KT 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L.
