| 摘 要： | 为了对复方中药仔猪抗寒促壮散安全性作出科学评价,进行了白鼠的毒性试验,为其在畜牧生产中安全合理的应用提供理论依据。急性毒性试验和蓄积性毒性试验结果表明,该复方为实际无毒物质。亚慢性毒性试验结果表明大剂量应用抗寒促壮散可显著降低红细胞数、淋巴细胞数、血小板数和血红蛋白含量,具有一定的血细胞毒性作用。试验结果说明抗寒促壮散可在畜牧生产安全应用。

| Abstract: | Promoting strong cold resistance scattered acute toxicity tests and the accumulation of toxicity test results show that the actual non-toxic compound for the material. Sub-chronic toxicity test results showed that large doses of cold resistance promote strong casual can significantly reduce the number of red blood cells, the number of lymphocytes, platelet counts and hemoglobin content, blood cells have certain toxic effects. Test results show that promote strong cold resistance can be scattered in livestock production security applications. |
