摘    要:在介绍了内燃机活塞的工作状况和国内外其常用的铝合金、铸铁、钢和陶瓷等材料的性能和应用、及其相关技术后指出 ,我国不仅应加强活塞主要材料共晶铝硅合金的综合技术和工艺等的研究外 ,还应加强过共晶铝硅合金的研究、开发和在活塞中的应用推广等

Piston material and technical development on combustion engine
Abstract:After the analyses on working conditions of pistons and the properties and using situations of materials used usually for pistons, such as aluminum alloy, casting iron,steel and ceramics, it was got that aluminum alloy is used mostly in piston's materials, then the casting iron and the others. Among aluminum alloys, the eutectic Al Si alloy is still the main material for piston today. The emphasis is to discuss the relative technologies of Al Si alloys. It was pointed out that our nation's researchers should not only strength the synthetic technologies and processes about the eutectic Al Si alloy, but strength the study, development and using of hypereutectic Al Si alloy in engine's piston. These have certain referential values to our nation's development and use of materials in engine's piston.
