| 摘 要： | 为了研究日粮酪氨酸水平对泰和乌骨鸡生产性能和组织黑色素含量的影响,选用1日龄泰和乌骨鸡随机分成3组,每组设3个重复,每重复12只鸡(公母各半),饲养至4周龄.试验鸡组分别饲喂3种酪氨酸水平的日粮,日粮酪氨酸水平分别为0.46%、0.63%和0.80%.结果表明:日粮酪氨酸水平对0～4周龄泰和乌骨鸡平均日增体质量、日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05).胸肌黑色素含量随日粮酪氨酸水平的提高而显著提高(P<0.05),而日粮酪氨酸水平对腿肌黑色素含量无显著影响(P>0.05),但腿肌黑色素含量有随酪氨酸水平提高而增大的趋势.

| Abstract: | This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary tyrosine levels on performance and melanin contents in tissues of Taihe silky fowls aged from 0 to 4 weeks of age.One-day-old Taihe silky fowls were randomly allotted to 3 groups with 3 replicates of 12 birds each and were raised to 4 weeks of age.The birds were fed diets with tyrosine levels of 0.46%,0.63% and 0.80%,respectively.The results showed as follows:The average daily weight gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI) and feed to gain ratio(F/G) of Taihe silky fowls were not significantly influenced by the dietary tyrosine levels at 0~4 weeks of age(P>0.05).The melanin content in pectoral muscle was markedly enhanced with the increase of dietary tyrosine level(P<0.05),whereas the melanin content in leg muscle was not influenced by the dietary tyrosine level(P>0.05),and the melanin content in leg muscle tended to increase with the increase of tryo sine level. |
