| 摘 要： | "依法治国"是中国共产党和中国人民治理国家的基本方略,目前,我国的法制建设日趋完善,但我国的图书馆事业却存在着"无法可依"的状况.那么,是什么原因造成了我国的图书馆立法工作的滞后呢?解决的途径在那里呢?作者以科学发展观为指导,运用辩证唯物主义的思维方法从3个方面分析了我国图书馆立法面临的障碍,提出了解决问题的方法.
