实验性缺硒雛鸡血液T淋巴细胞和血清免疫球蛋白变化的研究

摘    要:本项工作对实验性缺硒雏鸡的血液酸性非特异性酯酶阳性(ANAE~+)淋巴细胞即T淋巴细胞百分率和血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量进行了检测。结果表明,6—9周龄缺硒雏鸡的血液ANAE~+淋巴细胞总值与对照补硒雏鸡相比未见显著差异,而6周龄缺硒雏鸡的血液颗粒型ANAE~+淋巴细胞和8周龄缺硒雏鸡的血液弥漫型ANAE~+淋巴细胞的百分率与相应对照雏鸡比较均显著降低;6—9周龄缺硒雏鸡的血清IgG和IgM含量与相应对照雏鸡比较均无显著差异。


STUDY ON THE CHANGES OF TLYMPHOCYTES IN BLOOD AND IMMUNOGLOBULIN IN SERUM OF EXPERIMENTAL SELENIUM(Se)—DEFICIENF CHICKS
Abstract:The percentage of acid nonspecific α—naphthyl esterase (ANAE) positive lymphocytes in blood and the amount of immunoglobulin—IgG and IgM in serum of experimental Se—deficient chicks at 6—9 weeks of age were examined in the present study. Results of this work were as follows:(1) Percentage of ANAE~+ lymphocytes of Se-deficient chicks of 6—9 weeks of age did not show any sisnificant difference (P<0.05) when compared to those of control chicks fed Se-supplemented (0.2ppm) diet. But thc percentage of granular type of ANAE~+ lymphocytes of Se-deficient chicks at 6 weeks of age and the disseminated type of ANAE~+ lymphocyte of Se-deficient chicks at 8 weeks of age apparently decreased compared with that of control groups.(2) The amonnt of IgG and IgM in serum of Se-deficient chicks at 6—8 weeks of age did not manifest any significant difference when compared to those of control chicks.
