摘    要:本文研究了由北京林业大学新培育的7个杂种毛白杨无性系(PopulustomentosaBL101~107)3年幼龄材的化学成分和纤维形态。结果表明,综纤维素含量77.64%~79.55%,数量平均纤维长度达1.0mm,纤维长宽比大部分超过30;纤维的壁腔比都在0.4以下,根据这些基本的纤维质量指标,讨论了利用这些新培育的杂种毛白杨木材作为造纸原料的可能性。

Abstract:This paper deals with the chemical components and the fiber dimensions of seven new poplar vegetative hybrids (Populus tomentosaBL101~107)cultivated in Beijing Forestry University, The results ofanalysis and measurements show that the content of hollocellulose consistsof 77.64% to 79.55%; the average fiber length reaches 1.0mm: the ratio of fiber length to width is mostly more than 30 and the ratio of cell-wall thickness to lumen diameter is less than 0.41. Based on these essential fiber quality indicators,a discussion is given on the possibility of using the wood of these new poplar hybrids as raw material of paper-making industry
