The System for Protection and Administration of Forest Wild animals in Japan

Japan have recently established and perfected its system for protection and administration of forest wildlife. This article,based on a number of references and related laws, clarifies emphatically the purposes, explores mainly the composite system and operational model, and introduces in detail the system of domestic law and the situation of introducing and enforcing international law for protection and administration of forest wildlife in Japan. The article also gives out several suggestions about establishing and perfecting China's own system for protection and administration of forest wildanimals, and some basic principals that should be adopted at the time of putting the related polices into effect.
