| 摘 要： | 以河北省栾城县为例,分析了土地资源与水资源的交互作用对区域农业土地利用方式的影响,并基于多目标分析方法,建立了水资源约束下的土地结构优化数学模型.该模型从经济效益、社会效益和环境效益出发对土地利用结构进行调整,给出不同耗水条件下的供选方案,通过综合评价,选出一个最优方案,从而实现区域的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | The coupled function of land resource and water resource affects the change of land use.Luancheng County in Hebei Province was taken as a case study, the characteristics of the land use structure were analyzed.Based on the coupled function of land resource and water resource,the optimization model of the sustainable utilization of land under the limitation of water resources was obtained.By means of the economic goal,social goal and environmental goal,the different model for the plan were put forward.Through the comprehensive evaluation, an optimized plan was selected.In this plan,the economical benefit and social benefit were accessed to the expected goal and the sustainable developmen was achieved. |
