摘    要:在以推广人员为核心的人本化管理平台上,构建良好的推广人员激励机制,将会对科技转化提供不竭的动力资源。从推广管理体制改革、基本职能定位、经费保障机制、推广体系运行过程等方面探讨了寻求适合我国推广人员的激励手段,以期构建适应我国推广体系运行的新型激励机制。

Abstract:On the Platform of person extension as the core melts , structuring the good incentive mechanism of extension worker, will transform and offer power resources not exhausted to science and technology,in order to realize management system reform, basic functional positioning, funds security mechanism of popularizing and popularize the system operation course.It is suit of our country encouragement means of extension worker to seek, and meet our country's new-type encouragement system that runs to structure.
