猪瘟特异性转移因子的制备及免疫活性鉴定

摘    要:为制备猪瘟特异性转移因子(CSFV-STF)并鉴定其免疫学活性,用猪瘟兔化弱毒和石门系强毒(CSFV-Shimen)配合免疫健康猪,取猪的脾脏,制备猪瘟特异性转移因子,并采用改良白细胞黏附抑制试验检测其免疫活性.结果显示,猪瘟特异性转移因子的LAI%为76.0%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01).表明猪瘟特异性转移因子具有特异性免疫活性.

Abstract:To prepare CSFV-STF and identify its immune activity by centrifugation and ultrafiltration,CSFV-STF was extracted from the porcine spleens,which had been immunized with recombined CSFV-Shimen strain.The immune activity was detected by leukocyte adherence inhibition test.Physicochemical properties and bioactivities of CSFV-STF were accorded with the standard of biological product.The LAI mouse of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.01).CSFV-STF has a specific immune activity.
