红肉脐橙树体不同部位果肉主要色素和糖含量的变化及其相关性

摘    要:研究了红肉脐橙树体不同部位果实果肉中主要色素和糖含量的动态变化,并对其相关性进行了分析.结果表明:内膛和外围果实的番茄红素和β-胡萝卜素含量变化趋势仅在果实着色后期和成熟期(11月10日至12月25日)有所不同,果实成熟时内膛果实的番茄红素含量极显著低于对照,但β-胡萝卜素含量极显著高于对照;内膛与外围果实的各种糖含量的变化趋势基本一致,但果实着色后期和成熟期(11月10日至12月25日)内膛果实的各种糖含量都显著或极显著低于对照(12月25日的蔗糖含量除外);外围果实的番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和总糖两两之间呈显著或极显著正相关关系,内膛果实的β-胡萝卜素、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和总糖两两之间也呈显著或极显著正相关关系,番茄红素含量与其他指标之间呈正相关关系但不显著.

Abstract:Changes of dominant pigments and sugar concentration at different position of tree in flesh of Cara Cara Navel Orange were studied, and their correlation were analyzed. The results showed that the changing trends of lycopene and β-carotene concentration in fruit of inner or outer canopy was different only during anaphase of fruit coloring and maturation period. The lycopene concentration in fruit of inner canopy was lower very significantly than that of control, but the β-carotene contrariwise. The changing trends of each sugar concentration in fruit of inner or outer canopy were consistent basicly, but each sugar concentration in fruit of inner canopy were lower significantly or very significantly than that of outer canopy at anaphase of fruit coloring and maturation period(from November 10 to December 25). The concentration among lycopene, β-carotene, glucose, fructose, sucrose and total sugar were positive correlation significantly or very significantly in fruit of outer canopy. The concentration among β-carotene, glucose, fructose, sucrose and total sugar were also positive correlation significantly or very significantly in fruit of inner canopy, and the concentration between lycopene and other indexes were positive correlation but not significantly.
