摘    要:哈密地区地处中纬度亚欧大陆腹地,资源性缺水,是自然生态系统脆弱区,生态环境系统与社会经济系统耦合发展难度大,容易陷入经济发展缓慢与生态环境恶化的双重困境。因此,研究生态经济系统耦合的关系,促进经济发展与生态环境建设共同发展,具有重大的意义。通过3S技术挖掘生态环境数据和搜集社会经济数据相结合,将生态环境与社会经济的耦合关系视为LUCC影响下的哈密地区生态环境系统与社会经济系统间的耦合关系,构建资源生态系统和社会经济系统耦合度的分析模型,计算和分析哈密地区生态经济系统耦合度变化状况,并总结出生态经济系统呈良性耦合发展趋势的6方面原因。

Abstract:Hamilton district situates in the hinterland of middle latitude Eurasian Continent, and lacks of resources water. So it is a fragile area of natural eco-system, and it is very difficult to make the eco-environment system and socio-economic system coupling develop, easily sinking into the dual predicament of economy developing slowly and eco-environment worsening. Therefore, it has significant significance to research the relationship of eco-economic system coupling and promote economic development and eco-environment construction communal developing. Combining eco-environment data (based 3S technology) with socio-economic data, this paper regards the coupling relationship of eco-environment and socio-economic as that of eco-environment system and socio-economic system under the LUCC influence in Hamilton district; and then builds the coupling degree analytic model of resource-ecology system and society-economy system, calculates and analyzes the change of eco-economic system’s coupling degree in Hamilton district. At last, it summarizes six reasons about the trend of eco-economic system assuming benign coupling.
