| 摘 要： | 针对棉秆重组材板坯人工铺装不均匀、效率低和劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种棉秆重组材板坯铺装机,原料经过辊压喂料施胶、带式输送和回转铺装,将原来人造板原料沿着板坯厚度方向下落的铺装方法,改为沿着板坯宽度方向下落铺装的方法,并且使一次铺装的板坯形成首尾相接的环状料带,再进行切割形成压制重组材的板坯,为农作物秸秆重组材产业化提供重要的技术手段。
