不同施氮水平下固氮菌肥对土壤微生物量碳、氮的影响

通过油莱盆栽试验,研究了不同土壤氮水平下施用固氮茵肥对土壤微生物量碳氮及微生物数量的影响,为固氮菌肥的合理有效施用、与氮肥的优化配比及探求作物高产优质的生物调控提供理论依据。研究结果表明：在一定施肥范围内,施氮量不同,固氮菌的肥效也不同。在中等氮水平(N为0．10 mg·kg~1)时施效最佳,对土壤微生物量碳氮的影响最大,菌群数量也明显增加,当土壤氮水平过高或过低时,固氮菌肥对土壤微生物量碳氮及微生物数量的影响均受到抑制。

Influence on the Microorganism Activation of Soil of Bacterial Fertilizer of Firm Nitrogen under the different Nitrogen Level of Soil
