摘    要:本文采用比色法,初步研究了绿色木霉菌Tv04-2菌株固体发酵产物对人参幼苗几种防御酶活性的影响。通过测定表明,用木霉菌发酵物处理后的人参幼苗叶片中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性分别较对照提高了44.0%、12.8%、34.0%,显示了木霉菌株Tv04-2在促进人参抗病性方面的潜能。

Abstract:To study the effects of fermentation solid of Trichoderma viride strain Tv04-2 on activities of defense enzymes of ginseng through Colorimetry. Results showed that the activities of defense enzymes, such as phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL), catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),was measured in leaves.The maximum of peaks of PAL,CAT and SOD activities were enhanced by 44.0%,12.8%,34.0% over contral, Trichoderma viride strain Tv04-2 showed great potential in promoting the disease resistance of ginseng.
