摘    要:[目的]为提高黄花乌头种子发芽率和出苗率提供参考。[方法]以不同浓度的植物生长调节物质HKL-4对黄花乌头种子进行浸种处理,研究HKL-4浓度及浸种时间对黄花乌头种子发芽率和出苗率的影响。[结果]浸种时间对发芽率和发芽势的影响不显著,而HKL-4浓度对发芽率和发芽势的影响极显著,30×母液浸种4 h时种子发芽率和发芽势最高,分别为83.62%和65.34%,比对照处理(清水浸种)高32.39%和25.94%;用适当浓度的HKL-4处理可显著提高种子出苗率和种子存苗率,30×母液处理的出苗率最高,为59.56%,比对照高34.66%,存苗率为50.20%,比对照高58.86%。[结论]HKL-4对黄花乌头种子的最佳处理浓度为30×母液。

Effect of Plant Growth Regulator HKL-4 on Germination and Seedling Emergence of Aconitum coreanum Seeds
Abstract:[Objective] The study was to provide the reference for increasing the germination rate and seedling emergence rate of Aconitum coreanum seed.[Method] The A.coreanum seeds were soaked by plant growth regulator HKL-4 with different concn.and the effects of HKL-4 concn.and soaking time on germination rate and seedling emergence rate of A.coreanum seeds was studied.[Result] The effects of soaking time on germination rate and germination energy was not significant,but the effect of HKL-4 concn.on germination rate and germination energy was extremely significant.When A.coreanum seeds were soaked with 30× mother liquor of HKL-4 for 4h,the germination rate and germination energy were highest,being 83.62% and 65.34% resp.,and were 32.39% and 25.94% higher than that of CK(seed soaking with clear water).The seedling emergence rate and seedling survival rate could be increased significantly when A.coreanum seeds were treated with suitable concn.of HKL-4,and the seedling emergence rate was highest(59.56%) when the seed were treated with 30× mother liquor of HKL-4,being 34.65% higher than that of CK,and the seedling survival rate was 50.20%,being 58.86% higher than that of CK.[Conclusion] The optimum treatment concn.of HKL-4 on A.coreanum seeds was 30× mother liquor.
