面向快速产品开发的远程快速成型制造方法研究

应用现代先进制造技术，充分利用网络资源实现基于Web的机械产品异地快速制造是快速产品开发的重要策略之一。基于我国快速产品开发与快速成型制造的发展现状，提出了适合于我国中小型企业的数字化远程快速成型服务系统的体系结构，分析了基服务流主各功能模块的运作；重点论述了典型机械产品的远程快速成型制造方法。并给出了基于所构建的远程快速成型服务系统的水泵关键零件成型实例。

Research on RP Tele-manufacturing Method for Rapid Product Development

One of the most important strategies for rapid product development is the web based remote rapid manufacture of mechanical products through taking great advantage of modern advanced manufacture technology and network resource. Based on the current situation of rapid product development and rapid prototyping manufacturing(RPM) in our country, the architecture of the digital RP oriented tele service system that fit for our small and medium enterprises was proposed. The service flow and the working procedures of its functional modules were analyzed and the rapid prototyping, tele manufacturing methods of typical mechanical products were studied in detail. Based on the RP oriented tele service system, the prototyping cases of key pump parts were given.
