| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外农作物种质资源库建设概况的梳理总结,从种质库的规划设计、施工建设、运行管理3个方面,提出明确规划定位、加强顶层设计,施工建设严把质量关、安全关,运行管理标准化、实现可持续发展,以及给予长期稳定资金投入、构建全国种质资源库协作网的建议和思考。

| Abstract: | To propose a relevant framework for the planning and design, construction and operation management of crop gene bank, the general situation of crop germplasm resource bank construction at home and abroad is summarized and some suggestions are put forward, including clarifying the positioning function of the gene bank, strengthening the top-level design of the management system, strictly implementing quality and safety control in construction, formulating management standards for operation, realizing sustainable development, ensuring long-term and stable capital investment, and establishing a mutual utilization network of all gene banks in China. |
