农民专业合作社社员满意度及其影响因素研究——以北京市怀柔区为例

为了更好了解北京市怀柔区农民专业合作社社员的满意程度及其影响因素,借助ACSI模型,从合作社形象、合作社管理机制、合作社服务、社员获得收益等4个方面探究社员对于合作社的满意程度,并借此构建满意度模型。结果表明,上述4个指标对社员加入专业合作社的满意度均表示为正向相关,并从政府政策的引导、社会资本的注入等多方面提出相关建议,以期切实提升社员对于农民专业合作社的满意度,进而促使专业合作社持续健康运营下去,最终实现农民增收致富的根本目标。

Farmers’ Satisfaction with Professional Cooperatives and Its Influencing Factors: A Survey of Huairou District in Beijing

To understand the satisfaction degree of farmers’ with professional cooperatives in Huairou District of Beijing and the influencing factors on the satisfaction, taking ACSI model, a satisfaction model of the cooperative members was constructed. From four aspects of cooperative image, cooperative management mechanism, cooperative service and members’ benefits, the study explores the members’ satisfaction with the cooperative. The results show that the above four indicators are positively related to the members’ satisfaction with the cooperatives. The study also puts forward corresponding suggestions from various perspectives such as the injection of social capital and the guidance by government policies, in order to effectively improve members’ satisfaction with the cooperative, which will not only enable the cooperative to operate in a healthy and sustainable way, but also achieve the ultimate goal of increasing farmers’ income.
