菌根真菌及菌根辅助细菌对农作物发育的影响研究进展

摘    要:菌根真菌因其对农作物具有促生作用,并对各种环境提供保护,多年来广受重视。近年来有学者发现这一现象与菌根辅助细菌相关。为更好地了解菌根真菌、菌根辅助细菌及二者间协同作用对农作物生长发育、土壤理化性质及土壤中微生物多样性影响等方面,本文总结了菌根真菌及菌根辅助细菌的作用机制,并对二者间协同作用对农作物生长发育、抗逆性、土壤质量及土壤内微生物环境的促进、提高及丰富作用进行归纳。在此基础上提出研究展望,认为应更深入地研究有关菌根真菌及菌根辅助细菌间的协同作用,并大力推广微生物菌肥的使用。

Abstract:Mycorrhizal fungi have been widely valued for many years because of their growth-promoting effects on crops and the protection of various environments. In recent years, some scholars have discovered that this phenomenon is related to mycorrhizal helper bacteria. The aim of the study is to better understand the effects of mycorrhizal fungi, mycorrhizal helper bacteria and their synergistic effects on crop growth and development, soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial diversity. This review summarized the mechanism of mycorrhizal fungi and mycorrhizal helper bacteria, and concluded the synergistic effects of them on the promotion, improvement and enrichment of crop growth and development, stress resistance, soil quality and soil microbial environment. On this basis, it is proposed that the synergy between mycorrhizal fungi and mycorrhizal helper bacteria should be further studied, and the use of microbial fertilizer should be vigorously promoted.
