播期对辣椒产量和品质的影响

为明确播期对辣椒产量和品质的影响,以‘遵义朝天椒’、‘簇生椒’和‘辣研1号’为试验材料,在贵州贵阳设置大田播期试验。结果表明,3个辣椒品种的产量都是在播期为3月15日时最高,平均产量从高到低为‘辣研1号’>‘遵义朝天椒’>‘簇生椒’。通过主成分分析对辣椒品质进行综合评价,播期为4月15日时‘遵义朝天椒’综合品质最佳,播期为4月5日时‘簇生椒’和‘辣研1号’综合品质最佳,辣椒综合品质表现为‘遵义朝天椒’>‘簇生椒’>‘辣研1号’。综上,在贵阳及其气候相似地区,辣椒在常年播期3月15日时产量最高,播期推迟20~30天时综合品质最佳。

Effects of Sowing Date on Yield and Quality of Pepper

In order to clarify the effects of sowing date on yield and quality of pepper, field experiments were conducted in Guiyang of Guizhou Province, using ‘Zunyi pod pepper’, ‘Cluster pepper’ and ‘Layan 1’ as experimental materials. The results showed that, the yield of all the three pepper varieties reached the highest when the sowing date was March 15. The average yield from high to low was ‘Layan 1’> ‘Zunyi pod pepper’> ‘Cluster pepper’. The quality of pepper was comprehensively evaluated by the principal component analysis, the comprehensive quality of ‘Zunyi pod pepper’ was the best when the sowing date was April 15, and the comprehensive quality of ‘Cluster pepper’ and ‘Layan 1’ was the best when the sowing date was April 5. The comprehensive quality of pepper from high to low was ‘Zunyi pod pepper’> ‘Cluster pepper’> ‘Layan 1’. In general, the yield of pepper could reach the highest in Guiyang and areas with similar climate condition when the sowing date is March 15 of the normal year, and the comprehensive quality is the best when the sowing date is delayed by 20-30 days.
