| Abstract: | The operation actuality of the farmers water use association in Zhanghe Irrigation District is investigated and analyzed preliminarily. The achievements obtained after establishment of farmers water use association are summarized, the problems existing are pointed out, and suggestions for improvement of farmers water use association are proposed. |
