| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了在木材切削过程中,五种典型形状的切屑的形成机理;分析了在木材切削过程中,切削力、刀具角度、切屑厚度和相对于木材的纤维方向对切屑形成的影响;提出了改善如提高木材切削加工质量的途径。

| Abstract: | This artical indicates mechenisms of five kinds of typical chip fo- rmation in the processs of wood cutting.It also analyses effects of cut- ting angle,chip thinkness,cutting force and cutting direction relative to fibre's on cutting process,and gives the important way to improve quality of wood cutting. |
