分子标记技术在桔梗遗传规律研究中应用的初探

摘    要:目的]探讨桔梗紫、白花花色的遗传规律及分子标记技术在桔梗遗传规律研究中应用的可能性。方法]桔梗紫花和白花正、反交及F1自交,观测后代花色分离同时用引物OPG02对正、反交F2植株进行RAPD分析。结果]结果表明,桔梗紫、白花花色遗传为一对细胞核基因控制、紫花对白花表现为显性;F2植株的RAPD分析结果同肉眼观测花色结果完全相吻合。结论]在桔梗遗传规律研究中,有特异分子标记的性状之间的遗传规律研究,可利用分子标记的技术。

Research on the Inheritance Principle of Campanulaceae with Molecular Marker Technique
Abstract:Objective] The inheritance principle of the color of purple and shining white Campanulaceae flowers and the application of molecular marker technique in the research on the inheritance principle of Campanulaceae were discussed.Method] The color segregation between purple and shining white Campanulaceae flowers of the progenies from the reciprocal cross and F1 self-cross was observed and the RAPD analysis of the F2 plants from the reciprocal cross was done with primer OPG02.Result] The results showed that the inheritance character of purple and shining white Campanulaceae color was controlled by a pair of nuclear genes and the gene of purple color was the dominance to white color.The RAPD analysis result of F2 plants was coincided completely with the results observed with the naked eye.Conclusion] The molecular marker technique could be used in the study on the inheritance of specific traits of Campanulaceae.
