石灰水浸泡和厌氧发酵对稻草营养价值影响的研究

摘    要:本研究用石灰水浸泡和厌氧发酵的方法将干稻草制作成草食家畜的优质饲料。研究结果表明,石灰水浸泡并发酵120d时稻草的干物质和粗蛋白消化率分别比对照提高11.07%和24.43%;发酵150d时稻草粗纤维消化率达到18.63%,粗蛋白消化率达到90.73%,此时处理效果最佳。

Abstract:In this trial, rice straw was treated with limewater and anaerobic fermentation to improve its nutritional value. The results showed that the digestion percentage of crude protein and fiber in rice straw were improved by 11.07% and 24.43% on the treatments of limewater and 120d anaerobic fermentation. With limewater treatment and 150d anaerobic fermentation, the digestion percentage of crude protein and fiber in rice straw could reached 18.63% and 90.73%, respectively, which was the best treatment effects of rice straw.
