摘 要: | 目的]研究提取桑叶中芦丁的工艺条件。方法]在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度为因素,以桑叶中芦丁提取率为指标,采用正交试验法对桑叶中芦丁的提取工艺进行优选。结果]桑叶芦丁最佳提取工艺为A3B1C1D3,即超声时间为50 min,提取溶剂为60%乙醇,提取温度为30℃,料液比为1∶20。在此工艺条件下,芦丁吸光度达0.171。结论]该研究得到桑叶芦丁提取的最佳工艺,为更好地开发利用桑叶提供了参考。

Abstract: | Objective] To obtain the optimal extraction conditions for rutin from Morus alba L.leaf.Method] Using ethanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature as four factors and extraction rate of rutin as an indicator,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.Result] The optimum extracting combination for rutin from mulberry leaf was A3B1C1D3.In other words,the mulberry leaf extracted with 60% ethanol as solid to liquid ratio of 1∶20 at 30 ℃ for 50 min was highest in yield with absorbance of 0.171.Conclusion] The optimal extraction process was obtained in this work,and this research provided reference for better development and application of Morus alba L. leaf. |
