| 摘 要： | 农业基础设施投融资对农业发展至关重要。通过对美国、法国、日本、韩国和印度的农业基础设施投融资状况的分析研究,总结各国农业基础设施投融资的基本经验,为我国投入政策、融资渠道、运作方式和法律法规等提供有益的启示和参考,对推进我国农业基础设施建设具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The investment and financing of agricultural infrastructure is essential to agricultural development.Through the analysis on the investment and financing status of agricultural infrastructure in United States,France,Japan,Korea and India,their basic experiences are summarized,which brings lots of beneficial enlightenment and references for our investment policies,financing channels,operation modes and laws and regulations,and has important significance to promoting our agricultural infrastructure construction. |
