苗期温度诱导对黄瓜高温逆境生长和产量形成影响的模拟研究

摘    要:利用智能人工气候室,模拟研究了苗期不同温度诱导处理对 "鄂黄10号"黄瓜高温逆境生长和产量形成的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,昼夜温度为25℃/19℃和32℃/19℃的苗期诱导处理能显著提早始花期,降低第1雌花节位,增加雌花总数,进而提高果实产量与植株总产量.两个处理之间的差异也均达到显著水平.然而,不同处理之间以及处理与对照之间的植株高度与叶片数均没有显著性差异.

Abstract:Simulated study on effect of low temperature inducement in cucumber seedling of cultivarEhuangl0on plant growth and yield under high temperature was investigated with a growth cabin, The result indicated that in comparison to control, the blossoming date of the first female flower was significantly ahead, the located node of the first female flower was decreased, total number of female flowers was increased, therefore, fresh fruit yield and total fresh plant weight were increased in both treatments of day/night temperature setpoint 25/19℃ and 32/19℃, The differences between treatments were also significant. However, both plant height and leaf number had no significant difference between each treatment and control or between treatments.
