江苏杨树资源及其产业经济可持续发展方案制定

文章根据可持续发展的总体要求,提出江苏杨树资源及其产业经济可持续发展的战略目标;然后,从机制创新、三次产业的发展、产业结构的调整和优化几个方面,研究了实现这些目标的战略方案;并从杨树资源培育产业、杨木加工产业和相关政策几个方面,提出了战略实施的保障措施。从而为江苏林业和杨树产业的可持续发展提供了具有建设性的和可操作的参考方案。

Sustainable Development Strategy in Jiangsu Poplar Resources and Its Industrial Economy--A Planning Working Out

This paper proposes the strategic objectives of Jiangsu poplar resourc es and its industrial economy according to the comprehensive of sustainable deve lopment. Then strategy for achieving the objectives is studied in the spheres of mechanism innovations development of primary, secondary and tertiary industry a s well as industrial restructuring. After that measures for implementing the str ategy are put forward in the aspects poplar silviculture, poplar wood processing and relevant policies. Thereby the paper contributes some constructive and work able proposals fro the sustainable development of Jiangsu poplar resources and i ts industrial economy.
