麦秸刨花板热压工艺对成品基本特性影响的研究

摘    要:研究了麦秸刨花板的热压工艺对其成品基本特性的影响。试验结果表明采用自行研制的改性脲醛胶,当热压温 度150℃,热压时间50s/mm板厚时,压制的密度为0.75s/cm3的麦秸刨花板可以达到GB/T4897-92标准中A类刨花 板优等品的要求。

Abstract:The influence of hot-pressing parameters on basic properties of wheat-straw particleboard was researched. The test results showed that when the hot-pressing tempereture was 150 and the hot-pressing time was 50 seconds per rum thickness of panel, the properties of pressed wheat-straw particlebord with density of 0. 75 g/cm3 met the requirements of product of A type specified in the standard GB/T4897-92.
