| 摘 要： | 研究了GA3、Ca2 +对棉花种子萌发及活力的影响。结果表明,在种子吸胀、萌动阶段,GA3的作用不明显,Ca2 +则明显表现出抑制种子吸水和萌动;在发芽阶段,适宜浓度的GA3、Ca2 +及其复合处理可显著提高种子发芽势,促进胚芽伸长,提高种子活力

| Abstract: | Studies on the effects of Gibberellin (GA) and Calciumions (Ca 2 ) on the seed germination and seed vigor of cotton showed that the function of GA is not obvious, however, Ca 2 displays the obvious suppression on seed absoring water and germination. GA, Ca 2 and their compound treatment can all promote the seed vigor at germination stage. |
